Product Specification
We offer a standard small-medium flavoured Milk Production Plant. It consists of the following machines- 1. Bottle Washing Machine : Unit consisting of SS soaking tank ,Brushing unit 2 Head or 4 Head and rinsing unit with 12/24 rinsers. Drive motor of 1/2 HP. 2. Bottle Filling Machine : Vacuum Type Bottle filler with vacuum pump , Overflow cylinder & filling Nozzles. Contact Parts SS 304 , Piping PVC. Non Contact Parts of SS Plated. 3. Bottle Capping (Crown Capping) Machine : Simple Compresser Type Machine with pneumatic logic circuit. Operator keep bottle by hand , crown manually , machine will close the crown on the bottle top. Air Supply Required. 4. Batch / Code No. / MRP Printing Machine : Before Labelling , details such as MRP , Batch No. etc are required to be printed. For this there are various options available : a. Hand Operated Printer with Paste type Ink b. Hand Optd Printer with Fast Drying Liquid Ink c. Motorised Model with paste Ink d. Automatic with paste ink 5. Labelling Machine : a. Semi Automatic Glue type labeling Machine with gum pot , label magazine , GM Roller , and other accessories with manual single label clutch to take in labels one by one. Drive motor ¼ HP b. Automatic Glue Labelling Machine with Turn Table , Conveyor , Automatic Lable Pickup Magazine , Batch Coding Device In built. c. Automatic Sticker Labelling Machine with Cassete , Spool , Conveyor & Batch Printing Device inbuilt. 6. Sterilizer For Bottles :- Batch Type Milk Sterlizer 720 Bottle with chest made of 6 mm M.S Sheet rolled welded construction horizonal size 38" * 110" with ms Frame for placing Bottle crart cap 720*200ml bottle per batch.
