his is a specially engineered machine that fulfils the purpose of filling and capping of bottles and containers. 1.Automatic Filling Machine for Bottles : The Machines Consists of the following : Turn Table to Feed the Bottles : Unit consisting of Full SS 304 construction with drive mechanism of gearbox-motor arrangement housed in an MS constructed & SS covered cabinet. Adjustable guides & railings for different sizes of bottles. Slat Conveyor to carry Bottles : Unit consisting of 8ft long SS slat cain conveyor having chain of 3.25" chain with adjustable guide railings moving at a constant speed on wear strips. Drive motor of 1 HP 230 V - 415 V with VFD. Full construction in SS 304. Filling Station 4 Head : Unit consisting of 4 head/ 4 syringes filling mechanism with diving mechanism entering into the bottle. Driven by 1 HP/ 415 V Motor and suitable gearbox. This is housed in a heavy M.S. Structure cladded by SS 304 panels all around.. Bottles Orientation Ligic : Bottles when getting filled are oriented by Pneumatic Counters-Stoppers which can be adjustable for different size and shapes of bottles. Separate control panel is provided for this. Syringes (Reciprocating Pistons) : Syringes are the reciprocating type piston pumps which suck in the liquid & dispense into the bottle as per set volume. Inside surface is honed to achieve superior finish & outside is buffed to mirror finish. Automatic Filling Machine complete with 4 syringes of 100 ml …Rs. 3,75,000 (Filling from 30 ml- 100 ml will be adjusted in the same) 2.Automatic Capping Machine for Bottles : The Machines Consists of the following : Bottle Orientation & Indexing Consisting of Bakelite plates which index in a circular motion to carry the bottle to the capping station. This is an 8 index unit where the plate takes in the cap fed by the feeder. Driven by 1/2 HP motor & suitable gearbox. This will come with 1 plates for 1 bottle size . Cap Feeder The caps are randomly dropped into this feeder which by vibratory magnets , pushes the caps further though a specially designed SS chute. The feeder has a Go-NO Go for maintaining the cap position. The Wrong infed caps are recirculated intransit only.
